Our right of return is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you made your purchase, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
1. To be eligible for a refund, the customer must have tested the product for at least 20 days. Refunds are not valid 1 week after the order was placed because of processing and handling due to the inability to cancel the shipment. If you want a refund, please message ASAP.
2. If you are not satisfied with our product, contact our customer service email@example.com with the subject line "30 Day Money Back Guarantee". Please also write us your experience about the product.
3. After the exchange or refund has been approved, return the product with the original packaging. The address is available from our customer service.
4. Incomplete orders before arrival or unidentifiable claims are invalid.
5. The reimbursement fees are borne by the customer
6. After the product has successfully returned from the return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If we approve it, you will receive the full amount of the purchase price refunded.
Lost or stolen packages:
We're not responsible for stolen products that have been confirmed to have been sent. Upon request of the customer, Effod™️ will confirm that the shipment has been made to the address entered by the customer. Information about the date of delivery, the current status and the transport company is forwarded by Effod™️ to the customer so that the customer can get to the bottom of the problem.
To return your product and receive the address, please contact our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org. You are responsible to pay the shipping costs yourself. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Some customers may receive deals in which it is a buy one get one (number)% off. Customers cannot cancel their previous order to receive the deal. The deal pricing ONLY is valid if the customer has purchased a previous product to achieve it.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, ( you have to provide a picture and a video of the broken product )
